Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Standard Shipping (US, UK, CA, AU): 7–15 business days

Other International Locations: 10–20 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lula Paws is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply to your shipment. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
