1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (US, UK, CA, AU): 7–15 business days
Other International Locations: 10–20 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lula Paws is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply to your shipment. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

2. Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it,
Be unworn or unused,
Include all tags, and
Be in the original packaging.
You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

The returned item must be in the same unused condition with original tags and packaging, and you must include proof of purchase.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
